Terms of Service

Cleenrz ("Cleenrz", "we", "us") is operated by Cleenrz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Cleenrz is an online marketplace that connects customers who want a home cleaned ("Customers") with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleenrs") who offer their services through the platform.

Cleenrz provides the booking, scheduling, and payment infrastructure that connects Customers and Cleenrs. Unless stated otherwise, Cleenrz does not itself provide cleaning services — the clean is carried out by the Cleenr you are matched with or select.

Every Cleenr on the platform has gone through our approval process, including identity verification, before they can accept bookings.

When you book a Cleen, you can either choose a specific Cleenr you've had before or let us match you with the next available Cleenr. The price shown at checkout is calculated from the Cleenr's hourly rate and the duration you select, and is charged in full when you confirm the booking.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cleenrz does not store your card details. A platform fee is retained by Cleenrz from each booking to cover payment processing, insurance, and running the service; the remainder is paid to your Cleenr.

You can cancel or reschedule a booking from your account. Cancellations made with reasonable notice before the scheduled start time will be refunded in full; late cancellations may be charged in part or in full to cover the Cleenr's reserved time. We'll show the exact cut-off and any fee before you confirm a cancellation.

Cleenrs are independent professionals who are responsible for carrying out cleans safely, respectfully, and to a good standard. All Cleenrs go through identity and background checks before approval. If a Cleenr's conduct falls short of what's expected, please tell us — we investigate every report and may suspend or remove a Cleenr from the platform.

We work to make sure every Cleenr on the platform is appropriately insured for the work they carry out. Cleenrz's own liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for anything that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other users at risk.

We may update these terms as the service develops. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
